Pixel Fold memiliki lipatan seperti Galaxy Z Fold yang dibuat Samsung. Namun HP layar lipat milik Google ini didesain lebih compact dan tipis. Ukurannya 139,7 x 79,5 x 12,1 mm saat dilipat, dan 139,7 x 158,7 x 5,8 mm saat dibuka, dengan berat 283g. HP lipat ini memiliki peringkat IPX8 untuk ketahanan air.
