Apple dalam acara di Cupertino, California mengatakan bahwa telah memakai processor 64-bit A7 untuk iPhone 5S. Seperti dikutip detikINET dari Cnet, Rabu (11/9/2013), Apple mengklaim, 'otak' tersebut membuat piranti ini dua kali lebih ngebut dibandingkan iPhone 5 dan iPhone 5C.
Fitur menarik turut menambah daya tarik sang jagoan Apple, salah satunya adalah fingerprint scanner. Namun di komponen lain, Apple masih setia mempertahankan spesifikasi dari iPhone 5, salah satunya adalah sektor display.

Lantas berapa jika dijual tanpa terikat kontrak? Situs Apple Store Singapura menyatakan, iPhone 5C bisa dipesan mulai 13 September 2013 dengan harga SGD 849 (Rp 7,5 juta) untuk versi 16 GB, sedangkan versi 32 GB dijual SGD 988 (Rp 8,7 juta).
Untuk iPhone 5S baru bisa dipesan mulai 20 September 2013 dengan harga SGD 988 (Rp 8,7 juta) untuk versi 16 GB, SGD 1,148 (Rp 10,1 juta) untuk 32 GB dan SGD 1,288 (Rp 11,4 juta) untuk 64 GB.
