Usung 'Work-Life Balance', UEA Terapkan 4,5 Hari Kerja Seminggu

UEA - Pemerintah Uni Emirat Arab (UEA) secara resmi mengumumkan akan memberlakukan 4,5 hari kerja seminggu. Negara ini menjadi yang pertama di dunia melakukannya.

Mulai 1 Januari 2022, UEA akan memberlakukan jam kerja baru untuk semua entitas pemerintah Federal, dengan hari kerja Senin hingga Kamis mulai pukul 07.30 dan berakhir pukul 15.30, dan Jumat mulai pukul 07.30 hingga 12.00 siang. Getty Images/Andrea DiCenzo
